Only 54% of third-graders in Brown County are reading at grade level.
You have a place in early literacy for our young people. Learning & literacy happens everywhere, and it takes all of us.
Together for Literacy is a chance to connect with others, learn what’s happening across Brown County and find your place in the work.
You don’t have to be an educator or literacy expert to belong here.
Strong readers start with a strong community.
What you’ll do:
Connect: Meet people who care about giving young people a strong start.
Learn: Explore local data and see forWORDS literacy initiative in action.
Share: Bring your experiences, ideas and perspective.
Take Action: Help shape what’s next for early literacy in Brown County.
