Our board of directors oversee the nonprofit side of our Collective Impact Partnership. Responsibilities of the board include strategic and financial oversight, chairing or co-chairing our committees and upholding the Collective Impact Partnership’s commitment to our vision of a Brown County where cradle-to-career systems are equitable for all young people regardless of race, income, zip code or circumstance. collaborative action team members
Details
Collaborative action team members serve on Collaborative Action Teams. Teams are comprised of community members who are committed to improving one of our seven cradle-to-career youth outcomes. Right now, team members are focused on improving our Kindergarten Readiness and Early Grade Reading outcomes through the Reading for the Future Initiative. Learn more here.

Our Community Council oversees the systems change side of the Collective Impact Partnership. Reflecting the diversity of Brown County, this group includes youth, parents and organizational leaders, working together to ensure our shared vision, evidence-based decision making and collaborative action efforts align with the community’s needs. Details
An essential part of our Collective Impact Partnership is to provide the community with data surrounding our seven youth outcomes. This team will provide leadership in developing a shared vision for collecting and measuring data, create an infrastructure to connect data to action and work to support collaborative action teams with measuring the impact of their work.
office volunteers

Keep the gears turning behind the scenes! Support Achieve Brown County through administrative tasks, data entry, meeting setup and cleanup or assisting with special projects and research. Whether you prefer one-time commitments or ongoing support, we welcome your help in creating an organized and effective movement.
parent advocates
Details
Empower change and amplify the voices of families in our community by becoming a Parent Advocate. This group will provide opportunities for parents to actively contribute to our mission, advocate and share stories with elected officials and inform the work of the Collective Impact Partnership.
