Achieve Brown County unites our community around what kids need to THRIVE from cradle to career.
Our nonprofit exists because no single school, program, or organization can solve the challenges facing kids on its own.

How Do We Approach Change?
We are a Collective Impact Partnership

1. We create a common agenda for change-making.

2. We agree to relevant and consistent data collection.

3. We do different work to achieve a unified goal.

4. We engage with partners & community to maintain trust and motivation.

5. Have a backbone staff to support the whole partnership and push forward change.
