Support the Work through Committee Leadership
Committee members support Achieve Brown County by sharing expertise, community insight, and strategic guidance.

Board Development Committee
The group helps strengthen board leadership by identifying and recruiting new members, supporting onboarding, and ensuring the board has the skills and perspectives needed to guide our mission.
Community Council
The Community Council will bring together board members and community voices including parents, youth, and partners who work with young people. This group will help ensure Achieve Brown County’s work reflects the needs and experiences of the community.
Finance Committee
This committee will oversee the financial health of Achieve Brown County. The committee reviews financial reports, supports the annual budget process, and ensures strong financial policies and accountability.
Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee will help sustain and grow the work of Achieve Brown County by supporting prospecting, donor stewardship, fundraising strategy, and fundraising campaigns that invest in opportunities for young people across the community.
Governance & Policy Committee
This committee helps ensure Achieve Brown County operates with strong governance and clear policies. They review bylaws, policies, and organizational practices while supporting risk assessment and long-term accountability.
